At SabaSoul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, home and furniture, or clothing product, we offer a straightforward Refund and Return Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible to initiate a return for the following products:

  • Jewelry: Unworn and undamaged jewelry items, accompanied by their original packaging and tags.
  • Home and Furniture: Unused and undamaged home and furniture items, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Clothing: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items, with original tags and labels attached.

2. Initiation of Returns

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization number and instructions.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • For jewelry and clothing items, all original tags and labels must be attached.
  • For home and furniture items, they must be disassembled (if applicable) and packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • SabaSoul is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Inspection and Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

7. Damaged or Defective Items
