  • The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling of the Products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • The Consumer must return the Products to the Seller within 14 days from the day they informed the Seller of the withdrawal.
  • The Consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the Products.
  • The Seller will refund the Consumer using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.
